Dining Room Information:
The Saint-Germain Dining Room is a reservation only dinner experience. The goal is to recreate the feeling of eating at a chef’s home.
The Dining Room is only 16 seats which allows the team to maximize the quality and freshness of each individual plate. There’s no need to make anything in bulk. Everything is made by hand, as close to service as possible.
Dinner is served 3 days per week allowing greater freshness in sourcing.
Tableside service and guest interaction with the chefs is utilized as much as possible.
The kitchen team takes advantage of the smaller guest count and utilizes techniques that would be much harder to duplicate on a larger scale: dry aging of meats, washed rind cheese making, and a la minute seafood butchery to name a few.
Wine Bar Information:
The Saint-Germain Wine Bar aims to showcase natural wines, wines with minimal to no added sulfites and preferably grown organically or biodynamically. The bar also serves cocktails and beer.
The bar has a concise but well thought out menu of share plates, intended to pair well with wine and cocktails. All food served in the bar is made in-house: bread, cheese, butter, etc.
WHILE THE DINING ROOM IS RESERVATION ONLY, THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS FOR THE WINE BAR.
Daily specials are created in tandem with the dining room. We work hard to ensure that all product is utilized whether it’s proteins or produce.
Outdoor seating is available in our spacious backyard.
