DINING INFORMATION

Saint-Germain is a 10+ course tasting menu and dining experience located in a charming double shotgun in the Bywater of New Orleans. Our goal is to serve the most expertly executed and elevated food possible in a comfortable, casual atmosphere.

Our menu is constantly evolving, but please note that gluten, dairy, and fin fish are always present. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate these allergies. For most other dietary restrictions, we are happy to work with you, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

The tasting menu lasts approximately two and a half hours, and each table reservation is for three hours.

Our intimate dining room has limited seating, and the tasting begins about 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Guests are welcome to arrive early for drinks in our garden courtyard or stay to stay after dinner for drinks.

There is no formal dress code. While Saint-Germain is an elevated, special occasion experience, we maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Guests are welcome to dress as elegantly or casually as they prefer. Most guests choose smart casual attire, but you will feel comfortable in whatever style you choose.

Reservations may be modified or canceled up to three days in advance. Cancellations after this window cannot be accommodated; however, we are happy to assist with rescheduling when possible. Reservations may also be transferred to another guest at any time.
