Our menu is constantly evolving and changing with tweaks made daily. The menu is meant to be a fun surprise to the guest, therefore it is important to let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. 

Gluten, dairy, and fin fish are always present on our menu, and we are unable to accommodate allergies to these ingredients. For most other dietary restrictions, we are happy to work with you, but please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

The tasting menu lasts approximately two and a half hours but we have a cozy garden out back if you wish to hang out with us longer. 

The tasting begins about 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, so we kindly ask that all guests arrive promptly to enjoy the full experience. 

The progressive dining experience begins at the bar once all guests have arrived for that reservation time slot. Please note that the tasting will begin at the scheduled time, even if guests arrive late.

What is a Progressive Dining Experience?

We are going to move you around the restaurant! The meal will start at the bar and continue into the dining room, and if you wish to hang out longer, you are welcome to enjoy an after dinner drink in our garden.

At Saint-Germain we prioritize small producers, well-crafted beverages, and natural wine. There are so many ways to imbibe while enjoying your dinner. There is a pairing experience that features wine from around the world. The wine list is also a great place to find a delicious bottle of natural wine to enjoy with dinner. Our cocktails are crafted with the same mindset that we approach with the food. Non-alcoholic options and mocktails are also available.

This is your special night! Dress how you want. There is no formal dress code. While we are an elevated, special occasion experience, we maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Most guests choose smart casual attire, but you do you. 

Reservations may be modified or canceled up to three days in advance.

Cancellations after this window cannot be accommodated; however, we are happy to assist with rescheduling when possible. Reservations may also be transferred to another guest at any time.

Our dining room is small and intimate. For this reason, the largest group we can accommodate at a single table is four guests. If separate reservations are made, we cannot guarantee that tables will be seated together.

Our beloved 100+year old shotgun house does have four steps to get into the front door of the building and four steps to get into our back garden/patio. 

The dining experience also begins at our bar which is regular bar height and then progresses into the dining room. The dining room is small and has five tables that are arranged just so to allow for movement of both guests and employees.
